Hey Fixers (and healthy foodies)! Easter is next week and I want you to be prepared with a great dish that you can bring or a whole healthy and delicious meal that you can serve! Want to know what I'm making from this list?
Ok, fine. So I don't know yet.
I'm going to make my final meal planning decisions in the next couple of days, BUT! I'mdefinitely making the Cucumber Roll-Ups (aren't they so cute?!) and the Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Cherry Balsamic Sauce (because yum).

Stephanie!! Those cucumber avo rollups are unstoppably cute! 🙂 But what's cuter? The whole wheat Easter bunny rolls! Lemme ask you this: would one feel sad tearing off one of those scrumptious-looking ears? 😉 Also, I'm still so in love with your apple blackberry cheesecake tart. It's so gorgeous! (And the way you used that tart tin... freakin' innovative, m'kay?) Meanwhile, such a great idea for a recipe roundup to prep all of us for Easter!
