Ingredients
1.5 oz Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
2 oz tomato juice
.75 oz lemon juice
1 oz hot sauce
.5 oz Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge, salt and fresh cracked pepper.

Ingredients
2 parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
2 parts lemonade
2 parts watermelon juice
Top with American light lager
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl. Garnish with lemon slices and mint.

10 parts Hornitos Plata Tequila
24 parts fresh lemonade

Ingredients
2 oz Rhum Barbancourt 5 star
1 oz Martini and Rossi Sweet Vermouth
1 stopper Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
1 stopper Fee Brothers Cranberry Bitters

Instructions
Add everything except the cranberry bitters and cherries to a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass, add cranberry bitters, and garnish with cherries.

2 oz The Botanist Gin
.5 oz blood orange puree
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz prosecco
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with a lemon.

OTT Irish Coffee
Ingredients
1.5 oz Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey
.25 oz rich Demerara syrup
5 oz hot coffee
A pinch of salt
3 cardamom pods
5-6 oz heavy cream
2 tbsp white sugar
Zest from an orange
2 dashes of orange bitters
Instructions
Muddle the cardamom pods in the bottom of a pre-heated Irish coffee glass. Add whiskey, Demerara syrup, hot coffee, and salt and stir together. Combine the heavy cream, sugar, orange zest, and bitters and whip together until the mixture is thick, but still pourable. Float cream over the top of the drink by pouring gently over the back of a spoon. Add an additional garnish, if you like, of a lightly toasted marshmallow.

1 oz contratto
0.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.5 oz dry vermouth

*Coffee Syrup: Bring .5 cup strong black coffee and .5 cup sugar to a boil, turn off heat, and cool.

Ingredients
2 oz of dark rum
3 oz ginger beer
3 oz Fountain Hard Lime
.5 oz simple syrup
1 lime
Instructions
Combine ginger beer & Fountain Hard Lime in a Collins glass. Add enough ice to leave a 2” gap at the top of the glass. Float simple syrup and dark rum on top for color gradation. Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Wild Card
Ingredients
3 drops vanilla bean extract
Bar spoon of Maille Mustard
2 oz El Peloton mezcal
.5 oz lemon juice
.75 oz agave nectar
.75 oz egg white
Peychaud's Bitters swirl (for garnish)
Star anise
Instructions
Put ingredients into shaker in this order: vanilla bean extract, bar spoon of mustard, lemon juice, agave, mezcal. Dry shake. Open up shaker and add ice. Double strain into a martini glass. Add a couple dashes of peychaud bitters and place star anise on top.

Le Grand Fizz Recipe
Ingredients
1.5 parts Grey Goose Vodka
1 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.5 part freshly squeezed lime (approximately half a lime)
3 wedges of fresh lime
2 parts chilled soda water
Instructions
Build in an oversized cabernet wine glass with lots of ice.
Add Grey Goose Vodka and St-Germain. Then squeeze fresh lime and discard. Top with chilled soda water. Stir and garnish with fresh lime wedges and a Grey Goose stirrer.
