Every parent and grandparent knows that kidscan be a challenge to feed at times. That’s why I’ve pulled together the following Healthy Kid-Friendly Vegan Recipes from some amazing plant-based blogger friends.
We’ve got it all covered! Everything from breakfasts, snacks, lunches, and dinners are included to get those reluctant eaters to try some deliciously fun new foods.
We all know that the term kid-friendly can be very subjective. What one kid loves, yours might feed to the family dog when you aren’t looking.
I can’t promise that your child is going to love every single one of the healthy recipesfor kids on this list. However, even the pickiest child is sure to love at least some of these amazing culinary masterpieces.
My great-niece and nephews are loving their veggies
Recently, my nephew and his family decided to go plant-based. They have three toddlers and were concerned about finding food the kids would eat.
Not that long ago, they sent me a message that said, “Made your chili cheese fries tonight! Michael is practically drinking the cheese sauce and has asked for thirds!”
A few days later, “Can’t stop making cheese sauce! We made mushroom and potato soup last night and it’s so yummy topped with cheese! Eloise and Michael ate three bowls each!”
The Cheese Sauce recipecan be found by clicking the link, and a version of it is listed below.
Not long ago, my niece, that has a two-year-old little boy (pictured below) and a new baby, sent me pictures of them making and eatingcheese sauce. How adorable is this sweet face?!
I’m betting that even some of your adult family members who are not vegan will be gobbling up these vegan recipes for kids (and adults)!
