Ingredients
Raw Pudding
- 1 cup almond milk (240ml)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons date paste
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Fresh fruit, for topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for the fruit together in a bowl, stirring vigorously.
- Once you’ve created a homogenous mixture, set aside for 5 minutes.
- Stir again with a fork, then cover and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Serve chilled and topped with your favorite fruit!
Notes
- Other topping ideas include coconut flakes, chopped nuts, nut butter or raw chia jam.
- You can blend some mashed ripe banana into your chia pudding.
