What is cashback?
Cashback is a commission we get from retailers and pay back to our members.
You can think of it like a handy post-purchase discount, just for adding an extra step to your online shopping journey.
When you make an online purchase with one of our brands via our site, the brand pays us a commission.
We have everyone from eBayandUber EatstoLOOKFANTASTIC, each offering their own unique cashback offers.
You'll usually earn a percentage of the amount you spend as cashback, but this can sometimes be a set amount of money instead.

It’s never been easier to keep track of what's in your TopCashback account, thanks to our free TopCashback app.
The app allows you to monitor your account and keep track of your transactions, as well as payout your earnings via bank transfer, PayPal or a TopGiftCard. You can shop like normal and earn cashback via the app. Just click through to your chosen retailer as you would on our desktop or mobile site.
The TopCashback app is compatible with iOS and Android and can be used on both phones and tablets. If you enable push notifications, you can receive alerts with new offers and bonuses that we think you’d like.

2. Install our Chrome extension and never miss a deal
Ever paid for your shopping cart online and got that sinking feeling because you forgot to earn cashback on your purchase? We’ve been there, it’s the worst.
But thanks to our handy, free browser extension, you’ll never have to miss a cashback opportunity again. We’ll send helpful reminders to your browser whenever you’re on a site where you can qualify for cashback.
Whenever a browser notification pops up to remind you of a cashback opportunity, all you need to do is click the pink button to activate your cashback deal.
If you’re not already signed into your TopCashback account, you’ll be asked to sign in at this stage. And once you’re in, you can go ahead and bag those bargains, while earning cashback on top.
3. Find popular brands on our Trending Now page
To find our best cashback deals, make sure you keep an eye on our Trending Now page. This is where you’ll be able to keep track of all our most popular brands (that is, brands receiving the most traffic) at any given time.
From the Trending Now page, you can easily see how much cashback is being offered by our current most popular brands. You’ll also be able to keep tabs on extra discounts or offers they have for you to take advantage of.
Our Trending Now page updates every half hour, so you’ll want to check it regularly if you’re hoping to spot the best deals.
Just click on a deal you like the look of and you’ll be taken to their brand page on the TopCashback site. From there, make sure you’re signed into your TopCashback account and then you’ll be able to click through to your chosen retailer, where you can shop as normal and earn cashback.
4. Upgrade to Plus membership
If you don’t have a Plus membership, why not upgrade to take advantage of higher cashback rates?
Plus members can enjoy higher cashback rates on their online purchases, earning an average of 16% more cashback than Classic members.
You’ll also be treated to bigger Reward Wallet payout bonuses on gift cards and up to £25 per Tell-a-Friend referral.
Plus membership costs £5 per year, which is taken from your cashback earnings so you’ll never have to pay out of your own pocket.
5. Join the Smart Shopper list
If you sign up to become part of our Smart Shopper email mailing list, you’ll receive all kinds of insider info from the TopCashback team.
We send our Smart Shopper community exclusive updates from our brands, early access to limited offers, money-saving advice and more.

6. Maximise your cashback with Reward Wallet
When you cash out using Reward Wallet, you can make your cashback go further.
Cash out your TopCashback balance as a gift card using the Reward Wallet and we’ll increase its value by up to 25%. This means a payable cashback balance of £20 could become a £25 gift card, depending on the bonus rate of the gift card you choose.
You’ll need to transfer your cashback to your Reward Wallet and request your preferred gift card with at least a few days to spare before you plan to spend it.
Here’s an example to show how you can get bonus money with Reward Wallet gift cards:
If you use your cashback balance to buy an Argos gift card through Reward Wallet, you’ll get a 6%* bonus. If you’re cashing out £100 of cashback, this would become £106 to spend at Argos. Then, when you want to spend your Argos gift card, you can go through TopCashback and earn up to 5%* cashback on your spend. So, if you spend the whole gift card balance, you’ll get a total of £11.30 for free.

7. Earn more with Tell-a-Friend

The scheme’s called Tell-a-Friend, but it just needs to be someone you know who is happy for you to refer them.
