A Lifestyle Beer is not just a beer – it’s a tropical summer sour lifestyle. This mix culture berliner weisse was fermented in stainless steel for 3 weeks at high temps, producing very complex citrus and tropical fruit flavors along with a bright sour edge. The papaya and pineapple flavors and the light sweetness carry the finish and compliment the faint tannins from the teas.
