U.S. residents who purchased one or more A&W Root Beer or Cream Soda products between Feb. 7, 2016, and June 2, 2023, that contained the statement “made with aged vanilla” on their label.
- Tier 1: $5.50 per household for those without proof of purchase.
- Tier 2: A minimum of $5.50 plus an additional $0.50 per unit supported by proof of purchase, up to a maximum of $25 per household.
- Tier 3: A minimum of $5.50 and $0.50 per unit for every unit over 11, up to 50 units for a total of $25.
