Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is a month-long celebration of fitness and wellness, challenging you to complete 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 days (30X30).

A Royal Vision: Initiated by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, this challenge aims to inspire a fitness-focused mindset and promote healthy, active lifestyles for all.

Inspiring Millions: Since its inception in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has motivated millions to embrace healthier lifestyles. Building on the success of over 2.4 million participants in 2023, the 2024 edition promises to be even more impactful. Through an extensive array of city-wide events, free workouts, exciting tournaments and wellness opportunities, DFC will provide inspiration to keep Dubai active.
