General content guidelines
- A listing must accurately portray the rental.
- The advertising region selected for a listing must be as exact as possible.
- Listings mustn’t contain information copied from another listing.
- We allow one listing subscription per property for each account across all our global sites.
- The property description must be for the advertised unit only. Don’t use the property description fields to describe additional units.
- Listing content must comply with ourMarketplace StandardsandContent Guidelines.
How to use the listing editor
Add the following into the description tab:
- Headline: minimum of 20 characters
- Description: minimum of 400 characters
Note:A listing is placed on hold if it doesn’t contain the minimum character count.
The following types of information aren’t permitted in text areas of your listing (unless otherwise indicated by field names):
- URLs such aswww.rentalcompanyname.com
- HTML
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Property addresses
