If you no longer want to use MetaMask, simply uninstall. As we don't store any user data whatsoever, there is no account to delete; your ETH addresses are permanent on the blockchain and can simply be forgotten or abandoned if you like.
If you have lost access to your MetaMask wallet key, there are a few steps you can take to try to regain access: 1. Use the seed phrase: When you first set up your MetaMask wallet, you were given a seed phrase (also known as a recovery phrase) consisting of 12 or 24 words.
However, if you lose access to your keys or cannot unlock your Metamask wallet with your password, you can still recover your Metamask wallet and its seed recovery phrase. Meanwhile, this process only works if you do not back your seed recovery phrase, but you know your password.
Withdrawing from your MetaMask account to a bank is straightforward and user-friendly. You can either transfer your crypto to an exchange and cash out or use MetaMask's own sell feature for direct fiat conversion. Both methods offer flexibility and ease, catering to diverse user needs in managing their crypto assets.
If you forgot to write down your backup phrase you can always access it within the wallet. You just need to enter the wallet with your password. Then go to the Settings tab and find Private Keys. View your phrase and save it in a safe place.
