@bikes_chopper Sorry that this happened to you. However eBay links accounts by IP addresses. So if you ever logged in using someone's wifi that also had a banned/ restricted account then your account is banned or restricted too. Or you let someone else use your wifi and they were banned then same results. eBay can't see whose fingers are using the keyboard that is why they do IP bans.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
