We use Plaid to handle everything. Once you’re linked via Plaid, receiving sale proceeds into your US bank account is easy. To enable ACH payouts, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Sell tab to sell your asset.
  2. Select the asset and amount you want to sell.
  3. Click Continue. You may be required to verify your identity if you haven’t done so yet.
  4. Select Bank ACH.
  5. Fill in your Social Security Number.
  6. Confirm your details on Plaid.
  7. Select the bank you want to choose.
  8. Confirm everything and return to MoonPay.
  9. Your ACH account is now linked and ready to use.
