Many ALDI exclusive brands are covered by our Twice as Nice Guarantee where we will gladly replace the product AND refund your money. Please bring the package, any unused portion of the product and your receipt of purchase to your local ALDI, and we will issue a refund and replacement.

Simply put, anything edible and under Aldi's own store brand is eligible for returning under the “Twice as Nice Guarantee,” provided you keep the receipt and bring the package and the remaining unused portion.

Dear Customer: The ALDI warranty is a full warranty offering you the following benefits: Warranty period: 3 years from date of purchase. 6 months for movable parts and consumables under normal and proper conditions of use (e.g. rechargeable batteries). Costs: Free repair/exchange or refund.

Simply bring the product back to any ALDI store with proof of purchase (eg. receipt, bank statement, warranty card, credit card statement), ideally with the product packaging. Receipts aren't required for returns, and there is no limit on how many days can pass since your purchase on most items. If you don't have your receipt, you'll receive an Aldi gift card in the amount of the return.
