To make learning a bit more fun, every time you complete a lesson on Trailhead you earn points and badges while climbing the Trailblazer ranks to demonstrate how far you’ve come. Trailhead is structured to help you learn in the following ways:

- Hands-on challenges – you’ll get free access to Salesforce technology in a safe practice space called a Trailhead Playground. This means you can learn, and even make mistakes, without fear of breaking anything. Because one of the best ways to learn is by doing.
- Quizzes – short multiple-choice or true-false questions that test you on the key concepts you just read about.
