In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, completing Ancient Obelisks will give you a permanent 10.0% increase to your Constitution. There are 11 Ancient Obelisks to find throughout the Wonderlands. Once you find one, activate it and fight the waves of enemies. Each Obelisk will end in a boss to fight but you will be rewarded with experience, weapons, and gear. This guide will list every Ancient Obelisk location and provide some tips on each encounter.

Ancient Obelisks Explained

Ancient Obelisks are large structures that can be found in different regions. To complete an Ancient Obelisk challenge, approach it and activate it. Once activated, these Obelisks will conjure waves of enemies. Defeat them and a boss will appear. Defeat the boss and you will earn experience and gold. In addition to the experience and gold, there will also be loot drops of weapons and gear.

Once you have completed all of the Ancient Obelisk challenges, you will be rewarded with the Blood from a Stone achievement.

Location of Every Ancient Obelisk

Queen's Gate Ancient Obelisk Location

Note: You must complete the Main Quest Emotion of the Ocean to gain access to this Obelisk.

Once the ocean has been drained of water, return to Queen’s Gate and head to Kindness Landing. Walk along the dry ocean shore to the second to last pier and drop down to the level below it.

The Obelisk will be on the far end of this piece of land. Activate the Obelisk and it will send enemies to fight. Most of the enemies will be goblins. Defeat them and two Trolls and a War Troll will appear.

Watch out for the Trolls' melee attacks and their powerful jump attacks. The War Troll will throw axes at you if you try to keep at range. After you defeat the trolls, the main boss, Droll the Troll, will appear.

Droll the Troll has a weak spot on his belly that you can hit only once. He also has a weak spot on his head. Keep your distance when he swings his heavy cudgel but watch out for the Mudskippers that he will throw up on you. Once Droll is defeated, the Obelisk is cleared.

Weepwild Dankness Ancient Obelisk Location

This Ancient Obelisk is located in the northern part of the Weepwild Dankness to the east of The Corrupted Heart and west of the Busted-Ass Ruins.

Activate the Obelisk and defeat the first round of mushrooms, including Shroomers, Swatter Shrooms, Motar Shrooms, Shroomonors, and a Colony Shroom.

There will also be a lot of different effects that will impact your wards and health so watch out for those abilities. Defeat the enemies and the main boss, the Monstrous Shroom, will appear.

The Monstrous Shroom can take a lot of damage. While fighting the boss, there will be additional shrooms you will need to fight. Work your way around the area and keep the enemies at a distance. Use the terrain to block line of sight on some of their attacks. Once you defeat the Monstrous Shroom, the Obelisk will be cleared.

Wargtooth Shallows Ancient Obelisk Location

This Ancient Obelisk is located to the left of where Pirate Bones Three-Wood is located in the Recent Beach. From his position, head left down the path and past the shipwrecks and through the water.

You can see Brighthoof out in the distance. Activate the Obelisk and defeat the enemies, including Dogfish, Titantooths, and other aquatic enemies.

Once those are defeated, the main boss, The Great Wight, will appear.

This is a fairly easy fight but The Great Wight has a lot of health and a ward. In addition to The Great Wight, there will be more enemies.

Make use of the terrain and the spike traps near the obelisk. If you have any weapons that deal acid damage, this will be useful against these enemies. Once The Great Wight has been defeated, the Obelisk will be cleared.

Tangledrift Ancient Obelisk Location

In What’s Left of Driftwood, look for the well. From there head down the path to the right. You will see the Ancient Obelisk off in the distance. Approach it and activate it.

Wyvern Newts and a Wyvern Harrier will appear. Then an Eldritch Wyvern will show up. Then the final boss will be an Obsidian Wyvern. They all have claw melee attacks.

Wyvern Harriers will shoot large balls of snow at you. The Eldritch Wyverns have a wing attack that blows you away from them.

All the Wyverns breathe fire. Frost attacks work to slow them, but the Obsidian Wyvern will resist all elemental attacks. Use the purple flowers and the barrels around you to help with the damage.

Mount Craw Ancient Obelisk Location

Make your way to the other side of the Shimmering Loch and you will find the Ancient Obelisk. Activate it and defeat the enemies.

There will be waves of goblins and then a Mountain Troll will appear.

He has a big melee attack where he jumps towards you and slams his hammer down, causing major damage to your ward. He also has a stomp attack that sends out a wave of energy. After he is defeated, the main boss Pigwart appears.

This boss has elemental spells and a bubble that protects him from some damage. He has a movement ability that allows him to surf on fire at an increased speed, making it difficult to keep at a ranged distance. When Pigwart is defeated the Obelisk is done.

Crackmast Cove Ancient Obelisk Location

Once you enter Coiled Hollow, look to the right and you will see a waterfall.

Go through the waterfall to get to the Ancient Obelisk. Activate it and clear the enemies.

It will be skeletons to start with a Badass Archmage. There will also be Coiled enemies with spells and ranged attacks. The final boss will be Lissia, Iron-Wrought. This coiled enemy is weak against Lighting damage. She will cast a few spells but you can make quick work of her.

Drowned Abyss Ancient Obelisk Location

This Ancient Obelisk is located in the Temple of Sacrifice to the north. Enter the temple and take the stairs on the left side. Go through the entranceway and then go through the skeletal head of the large sea serpent. Activate the Obelisk and take on the challenge.

Kill the crabs and seawargs that are summoned. Once you have killed enough of them, the main boss, King Q’urub Hullsunder, will appear.

Q’urub does heavy melee damage and he also has a stomp that can damage you from range. So use any weapon or spell that does significant elemental damage, dodge the stomp attack and this enemy will be defeated quickly.

Karnok's Wall Ancient Obelisk Location

Note: You must be actively doing the Main Quest The Son of a Witch to gain access to this Obelisk.

After entering Soultorn Rise, cross the gap and look right. You will see a path leading up. Follow the path and cross the long wooden bridge to get to the Obelisk. Activate the Obelisks to begin the challenge.

You will mainly fight coiled enemies here. The Obelisk will keep spawning them until you have killed enough of them. Then the main boss, Shara, Dust-Begotten, will appear.

This should be a fairly easy fight. Shara is weak against lightning but also weak against other elemental attacks.

Sunfang Oasis Ancient Obelisk Location

Head southwest from the waterfalls at Salissa’s Eternal Wellspring. You will go all the way to the end of the map. You will see wyvern’s nests and then a cave underneath some huts.

Go into the cave and follow the path until you reach the Obelisk. Activate the Obelisk to begin the challenge. Defeat the coiled enemies that spawn around you.

Eventually, the main boss, Oculus, will appear. Oculus is a powerful cyclops with a strong melee attack. Keep attacking at range and Oculus will be defeated easily.

Ossu-Gol Necropolis Ancient Obelisk Location

In the Sandchoked Catacombs, when you enter the large cavern with the river of purple liquid, go down the ramp and then make a right.

There will be a doorway that leads to the room with the obelisk. Activate it to begin the challenge.

Defeat the seawargs that the obelisk spawns and eventually the main boss, Mandiblon, Chomper of Skulls, will appear.

This is a fairly straightforward fight as he has no defenses against elements, no wards, and no extra health.

The Fearamid Ancient Obelisk Location

After you shattered the crystal in The Ruling Core, cross the bridge and head left. Follow the path all the way around the Ruling Core until you cannot go further. To your right will be an entranceway that leads down to the Obelisk.

You will need to drop down to the levels below. Activate it to begin the challenge.

You will need to defeat the skeletons and cyclops that spawn from the Obelisk. Eventually, the main boss, the Death Rattler, will appear. He will have an attack that will push you away from him and because there are plenty of areas to fall from this is a dangerous attack to watch for.
