• I cannot receive incoming calls on my iPhone 13. “User busy “Everyone that tried calling my phone today says they keep getting my voicemails, or I’m receiving random voicemails with no missed calls or a call even being made. Until at one point I noticed a call actually calling but the top banner popped up for a second, not long enough to try to answer then cancels the call it’s self and on the banner under who’s call me it says “user busy”? Like I’m the busy user. Never seen it before . I have tried everything. Apple or xfinity could help it’s been hours of stress . I’ve reset all my settings and network settings 3 times each and nothing at all. I seen someone else with this issue, is she saying to just back up her data and things on phone and do just a general favor reset ? That fixed it ? • IPhone X calls not coming throughFor the past year, I have had troubles with phone calls coming to me not ringing through. Everything else has worked fine, except for receiving phone calls. I visited my local carrier and they said the issue is not with them and to restart my phone frequently. I tried restarting the phone daily, but there were times after a few hours from restarting, I would get messages that someone was trying to call me but I received no indication that a call came through. I finally visited the Genius Bar last week to see what ideas they had. They reset all my settings, and if that didn't work to try a full reset. It didn't work, so I fully reset my phone a couple days ago. Today, I tried calling my IPhone from my work phone and the problem persists. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has came across this problem and any solutions? Thank you all. 40910
• Not receiving incoming callsWhen anyone tries to call me, they get an automated voice message saying 'the number you have dialled has not been recognised. please check the number and try again'.My iPhone is showing good 4G signal and I can still use mobile data, and send and receive iMessages and SMS messages.Here are two steps I have followed to try and permanently resolve the issue:Restart the iPhone. Once I perform the restart procedure, as listed here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201412 I can receive calls as normal again.Reset the 'network settings' as listed here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204027, I can receive calls as normal again.This issue keep recurring after a couple of hours, or a couple of days (very intermittent and inconsistent) it doesn't appear to be an issue with my SIM card, but with the iPhone itself. I contacted my carrier about this issue and they suggest it is the handset too. My carrier said it is not an issue with my plan, as I am on an unlimited calls, text and data plan and have no outstanding bills to pay.As a more drastic step, I recently set my iPhone up as a new device (not from and iCloud restore) but the problem persists. The iPhone is running the latest version of iOS at the time of writing this post (13.4.1)I also can't make out-going calls occasionally.
