- Sticky sauce: light soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, cornstarch.
Step -by-step instructions
Step 1. In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, green onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cilantro, egg and black pepper to taste. Combine until everything is incorporated.
Step 2. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Roll into a ball using hands and transfer to a baking dish. About 22-24 meatballs.
Step 3. Bake meatballs on a pre-heated 400 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes until brown and cooked through.
Step 4. In a sauce pan, combine the sticky sauce. Toss meatballs for about 2 minutes until meatballs are well coated. Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.

- 500 grams ground beef

Sticky Sauce
- ¼ cup light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
