Autopico.exe is a software component of KMSpico, which in its turn is a software tool used to illegally activate copies of Windows 7/8/8.1/10 and Office 2010/2013/2016. AutoPico.exe launches the portable KMSpico program.
Very rarely the file is associated with other Windows programs.
Usually, the file is located in a subfolder of C: and since it is an executable file, the security rating isover 50% dangerous, according to experts. Moreover, it can also track other applications or change their behavior.
Users have noticed the file when their installed antivirus software identified Autopico.exe as a potential hack tool.

It depends on who you ask and what reports you read.
However, you can always check the integrity of the process using Process Explorer, an advanced version of the Task Manager tool.
After downloading the file, you can run a check only on autopico.exe. Right-click on the process, then select Check VirusTotal. You have to agree to the program’s terms and also enable VirusTotal to check all other processes. This way, any new process will be automatically checked.
