Can awardco points be converted to cash? ›

Sign in to your company's Awardco platform. Select the "Spend Points" tab. Select the "Cash" option.

Emailing Awardco

The second way to reach our Support Team is by emailing support@awardco.com. This will create a support ticket that will be answered as quickly as possible by the Support Team. In most cases, you will receive a response from the team inside of eight hours.

For items redeemed through the Amazon portal, if the item is unused and is inside 30 days since the date of delivery, the item is likely eligible for a return and a refund of your points. Digital and physical gift cards are ineligible for refund at this time.

Awardco's Earn programs allow you to set up goals or tasks you want to incentivize. Once an employee completes the task they can claim the points they've earned.

Once you've made your purchases, earned your rewards and saved enough cash back, redeeming your rewards is relatively easy. On the card issuer's website, there will typically be a redemption portal where you can see what you've earned and choose how you want to redeem it.

For some cards, accumulated reward points can be used towards your next credit card payment. In some cases, redemption options include requesting your reward points as cash payment through a check or direct deposit, which you can then use to pay for your next credit card payment.

Easy Access
