i want to know that wether model number and imei number can be changed of a iphone device? my phone was replaced but same issue was in new device but the imei and model number was change of new device . is that possible ? that model number and imei number can be changed through software or resetting of device.

The IMEI number is a unique number to every phone (and some other devices I don't really care about) so you cannot change it.
The model number is basically a number to represent the type of iPhone you have. Of course you can't change that.

apple authorized service provider (FutureTech) in Pakistan they replaced my phone and give me a new device with different imei and model number. i want to know that they give me a different device or changed imei number of my faulted device.

As changing the IMEI is not possible, they gave you a different phone.

Then most likely the issue is caused by software, if they backed up the old phone and restored the backup to the new phone. What is the issue?

battery stucks during charge on standby mode and this issue occurs on both devices on new and old one

Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Time Zone Override>Off. Also, try turning off automatic time setting and turning it back on.

can the model number and imei of iphone 6s can be changed with software or any thing else?
