Can I cancel Adobe before free trial ends? ›

Free Trial Terms:

If you cancel before the end of your free trial, your payment method won't be charged. You may cancel your free trial by visiting your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. Your eligibility to use an Adobe free trial offer is determined solely by Adobe.

You can cancel your subscription any time via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

If you've already installed a Creative Cloud trial on your computer, you cannot reinitiate another trial. Once the original trial expires, subsequent installs display a trial expired message even if you never used the original trial or someone else installed it.

Your paid subscription begins after your free trial ends, and you'll be billed using the payment method used at sign-up. You won't be charged if you cancel before your free trial ends.

Adobe Portfolio is a premium feature, so if you cancel your paid membership and return to the free level of Creative Cloud, your site will remain online for two weeks after the cancellation. After two weeks, your site will come down/offline but can still be accessed through your Editor anytime.

To cancel an annual contract paid during the month, Adobe asks for half of the remaining dues as an early termination fee. To avoid this fee, you need to cancel your annual subscription for the last month.

You can delete your account only if you don't have an active subscription. Or, if you're a teams or enterprise user, you need to leave any organizations you are a part of before you can delete your account. When you delete your account, you lose access to Adobe apps and services, including any files in the cloud.

If your current payment method (and any backup payment method(s) provided) isn't working, your subscription may be suspended. We may keep trying to charge your payment method(s) for the remainder of your subscription term, and upon receipt of your payment, your full subscription account access will be restored.
