Are we sure these benefits are valid for the Capital One Venture? Other than this (and similar) posts I can't find a shred of evidence these benefits exist for the Venture card. It is not mentioned under "Card Benefits" on my Venture account. It is not mentioned on the terms packet I got with my Venture card. The "benefit guide" above links to a different (not "Venture") card. I have to assume no unless I see Capital One say somewhere that theses benefits exist.

It's pretty good, standard issue CDW, lost luggage and travel accident. Nothing special, like trip cancellation.

Travel accident insurance is decent (they offer it on all credit cards they issue). With the Venture you will also receive access to lost luggage protections as well. Unfortunately, your card will not provide users with trip cancellation insurance. Therefore, if your flight is canceled by the carrier or you suffer from some sort of emergency that will cause you to miss a flight, Capital One will not reimburse you for your trouble.
