Change Local Funds Transfer Limits
Change your local funds transfer limits easily via digibank.
Important information
- There are 2 types of local funds transfer limits you may change:
- Funds transfer limit within DBS/POSB Accounts and
- Funds transfer limit to other local bank accounts
PayNow transfer limit
You can change your PayNow transfer limit, including PayNow QR, by updating your local transfer limit to other local bank accounts.
NETS QR payment limit
You can set and adjust the daily transaction limit via digibank mobile. Learn more.
- Default daily funds transfer limit for transfer to DBS/POSB Accounts: S$3000; Max Limit S$200,000.
- Default daily funds transfer limit for transfer to other local bank accounts: S$1000; Max Limit S$200,000.
How to change local funds transfer limits
There are various channels which you may change funds transfer limits with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Click on the steps to view screens
Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN and tap More.
Step 2
Under Transfer Settings, tap on Local Transfer Limit.
Step 3
Tap on the transfer type you would like to change.
If you wish to change Funds Transfer limit for PayNow or Scan & Pay transactions, please select To Other Banks .
Step 4
Set your limit and tap Next.
Step 5
Review your new daily limit and tap Change Daily Limit Now.
Step 6
Your new transfer limit has now been updated!

Click on the steps to view screens
Step 1
Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.
Step 2
Complete the Authentication Process.
Step 3
Under Transfer, select More Transfer Services.
Step 4
Under Manage Recipients and Transfers and select Change Local Transfer Limit.
Step 5
Select your Transfer Type and New Limit and click Next.
If you wish to change Funds Transfer limit for PayNow or Scan & Pay transactions, please select Other Local Bank Account.
Step 6
Review your new daily limit and click Submit.
Step 7
Complete the Authentication Process and your new transfer limit has now been updated!
