Tap the plus/minus button in the bottom right to change the selected activity goal.
Tap to increase or decrease the number for your daily goal, then tap Set.
If you don't see the option to update your Stand and Exercise goals, make sure you have an Apple Watch Series 3 or later with the latest version of watchOS.
You can also tap the Activity area, scroll down, then tap Change Goals. Every Monday, you're notified about the previous week's achievements, and you can adjust your goals for the upcoming week.
The Apple Watch recommends move goals for different age ranges, ranging from 700-900 calories for ages 18-29 to 450-650 calories for ages 70 and above. The Apple Watch Move Goal By Age Chart provides recommended move goals in terms of calories for different age ranges.
The Move goal should be the amount of active calories you aim to burn daily through movement. In this case, 500 calories would be an appropriate Move goal for weight loss. You'll need to burn 3500 calories more than you eat to lose 1 pound.

When you get your Apple Watch, movement defaults to about 500 calories, Workout requires 30 minutes, and Stand requires 12 stands across 12 hours. Initially, you could only modify the Movement calorie value.
Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity a week. Or get at least 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week. You also can get an equal combination of moderate and vigorous activity. Aim to spread out this exercise over a few days or more in a week.

Be specific – Don't make your ultimate goal a general statement like: 'I want to lose weight'. Make it measurable. Exactly how many kilograms do you want to lose? Choose a goal that is meaningful and important to you, not to anybody else.
While that seems like a low number, the Apple Watch counts the number of calories you're burning from movement, not overall. That sets the goal apart from other fitness trackers. Those 350 calories equate to around 10,000 steps a day for an average-sized person.
