At the top of the page, select your profile picture.
Select Edit profile.
Select Edit name.
Enter a first name and last name, and select Save.
Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to your profile photo or name to go into effect.

In Outlook, click File to see your Account Information page. Click the Change link under your current photo. Note: If you don't see the Change link, it may be because some information, such as your name, photo, or title, is collected from systems that your IT or human resources department control.
Only your Exchange administrator can make this change. In Outlook, choose File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Select the email account that you want to change, and then choose Change. If the account Type is Microsoft Exchange, contact your Exchange administrator to make the name change.
To access the profile picker, hold Shift while starting Outlook. Tips: You can also use one of these alternative options to access the profile picker: Using a command line switch, right click the Windows Start button and select Run. In the Run dialog box, type: Outlook.exe /profiles and then press Enter.

Choose the Appearance option you want: Light Sets Outlook to light mode, regardless of what macOS is set to. Dark Sets Outlook to dark mode, regardless of what macOS is set to.
Position your cursor where you want the image in your message. In the ribbon, select Insert > Pictures. Browse your computer or online file locations for the picture you want to insert. Select the picture, then select Insert.
