What is the difference between billing cycle and billing frequency? ›

Billing cycles can vary in length, but they typically range from one month to one year, depending on the company's policies and the customer's agreement. Billing frequency determines how often a billing cycle occurs. In other words, it's the rate at which billing cycles are repeated.
