The portion of account balance over $30,000 will earn an interest rate of .50%; the APY for this tier will range from 3.03% to 1.26% depending on account balance. One of the following qualifications must be met each cycle to earn the stated APYs and refund up to $20 of ATM fees per month: (1) Receive e-statements, and post and clear at least nine debit card transactions and one direct deposit or ACH debit; (2) Maintain CD balances totaling at least $50,000 with First US Bank; or (3) Maintain outstanding loan balances totaling at least $20,000 with First US Bank. The qualification cycle is the period beginning one business day prior to the first day of the current statement period through one business day prior to the last day of the current statement period. If qualifications are not met, the entire account balance will earn .05% APY. This is a variable rate account and the rate may change after the account is open.
