Sender not junk mailStarted a new job and IOS mail keeps sending their email to junk folder. I have the contact marked as VIP but to no avail!

Junk mail false positiveMy emails from a friend are always marked as junk even though I always click "not junk". I have added the account to my contacts, still happens. Is there a way to white-list the address or something beyond what I am already doing?

Emails I send to regular contacts keep going into their junk. Emails that bona fide contacts send to me go into my junk. This I'd say started happening about a year ago. It means that if I send an email to a client I have to wonder if they got it!More and more I'm finding that emails I send to regular, email contacts keep going into their junk.
