How do I get around Dropbox limit? ›

Get more storage space on your Dropbox account. Upgrade your account. Increase your storage quota using referrals bonuses or other promotions. Leave any shared folders that put you over quota.

Enable Syncing -

Open Moneydance to view the file you'd like to share, and navigate to File > Syncing. Sync using the Dropbox folder on this computer. This will allow Moneydance to process synced data even if you're not connected to the Internet at the time.

Click Admin console in the left sidebar. Click Settings. Scroll to the Devices section and click Device approvals. In the Computers and Mobile devices sections, use the dropdowns at the right to choose how many computers and devices each team member can connect to Dropbox through the desktop and mobile apps.

Dropbox Basic users can be logged into up to three devices at a time.

Choose Online > Set Up Moneydance+ and select the 'Accounts' tab. Select the relevant account and choose 'Reset Sync Date'. The next time you download transactions for this account, you'll be asked how much transaction history you would like to download as if it is the first time.

When you're on the go, you can use the Moneydance mobile app to enter or edit transactions and view balances. Changes are synced instantly and securely with your desktop. There are three method of syncing supported by Moneydance.. Dropbox Folder, Dropbox Connection and Shared Folder. The sync method Shared Folder can only be used with other computers, it will not sync to mobile devices (phone etc.). With "Shared Folder" Moneydance syncs using a folder that is shared across computers.
