There is no reason to use both Google and Cloudflare. They both provide two IP addresses so one can be your primary and the other the backup. I prefer Cloudflare over Google, but you should choose one and use both of its available IP addresses.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use Cloudflare's Advanced Certificates or Universal Certificates without proxying the DNS entry. Cloudflare's SSL certificates require the DNS to be proxied in order to function. If the record is DNS only - this will fallback to the certificate that is on your origin server.

1.1. 1.1 is currently the fastest DNS resolver and is designed to reduce these delays. Typically, 1.1. 1.1 responds in about 10-20 milliseconds; other resolvers may take well over 100 milliseconds.

Request limits

URLs have a limit of 16 KB. Request headers observe a total limit of 32 KB, but each header is limited to 16 KB. Cloudflare has network-wide limits on the request body size. This limit is tied to your Cloudflare account's plan, which is separate from your Workers plan.

Use 1.1. 1.1, and your internet service provider can't see where you're going. Remove you from a VPN. Cloudflare won't completely protect your privacy.
