Steve Davidson has more than 30 years’ experience as a solicitor and has built up a large and loyal following.
Steve specialises in property transactions, both residential and commercial, involving sales, purchase, leasing and mortgages. He also specialises in employment matters, including drafting employment and associated contracts, settlement agreements and dispute resolution, including representation at employment tribunals. Steve also has a strong background in civil dispute resolution in contractual matters. His extensive client base ranges from private clients, local businesses and farmers to national holiday park operators.
Outside work, Steve is a past chairman of Beverley Round Table and is now a regular at Beverley 41 Club. He is also a past president of the group and an active member of the club’s cycling group – he can usually be spotted towards the rear of the peloton.
He is also a keen skier and, after hanging up his boots, Steve now follows football, rugby league and cricket. Family man Steve is also a dab hand in the kitchen and enjoys cooking.
A former pupil of Beverley Grammar School, the father of two now has links with Beverley High School, where he is a governor.

Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after completing her training contract with Williamsons. She studied Law at both Lincoln and Hull University.She studied and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law Leeds in 2020.
Samantha joined Williamsons in 2016 as cover for maternity leave within the Probate department and progressed to a Conveyancing secretary thereafter.
Samantha specialises in both residential Conveyancing and also Commercial Property. She covers a full range of commercial property transactions to include purchase and disposal work in respect of both vacant and tenanted commercial properties and also commercial landlord and tenant work.
Samantha prides herself on her friendly and approachable manner and aims to make what is a worrying time for clients as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her friends and family, walking the dogs, watching live music and travelling.

Andrew is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property department. He has over twenty-five years of legal experience.
Andrew provides a no-nonsense, know-how approach with overriding commercial acumen and an “eye for detail” to a broad range of commercial transactions. He has an excellent understanding of the needs of the tenant and their bargaining position when providing advice to developer landlords.
He also has an excellent depth of knowledge in the licensed, retail, office and industrial sectors and is able to provide strong and practical advice to pension trusts, owner-managed businesses and developers in all transactions involving commercial property assets.
Andrew has excellent knowledge on business asset sales and purchases involving a property element, development sites and commercial landlord & tenant matters.
