Expanding the world of supported dApps with an enhanced user experience

We’re thrilled to announce that the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet has successfully integrated WalletConnect v2.0!
Along with this new update, the DeFi Wallet introduces several quality-of-life improvements that makes the experience of connecting to and interacting with dApps much easier.
WalletConnect v2.0 Integration
The key highlight in this update is the integration of WalletConnect v2.0. Thanks to WalletConnect v2.0, users can now connect to thousands of dApps in an experience that is faster and more streamlined, greatly expanding the number of dApps that work with the DeFi Wallet.
Enhanced User Experience Connecting to dApps
In addition to WalletConnect v2.0 integration, this latest update for the DeFi Wallet comes with a slew of user experience enhancements when connecting to dApps.
Most notably, a new “Connected dApps” page can now be found under the Settings tab in the DeFi Wallet, allowing users to manage their connections to all their dApps. With this new page, users can now stay connected to multiple networks at once, further enhancing the DeFi Wallet’s flexibility and versatility.
Users can also connect to a dApp on the DeFi Wallet App and navigate to other sections of the wallet without breaking the dApp connection. This allows for a more versatile experience, where DeFi Wallet users can send and manage assets while connected to a dApp.
Finally, the DeFi Wallet now features an updated user interface, boasting a more intuitive way for users to connect to dApps. Whether they’re connecting via the in-app browser or on desktop, it takes just seconds to link their DeFi Wallet to a dApp.
