Almost every time you level up there will be some new decorations to buy in the Township Store 
. Some of the decorations are free, many can be bought for coins 
, others for gems 
and a few for T-cash 
.
- Decorations with water drops (💧) must be placed on water.
- Decorations listed with stars (★/⭐️) are animated.

You can view lists of decorations depending on which arrangement you prefer:
- Decorations in Store (default, no Event Decorations)
- Event Decorations
- All Decorations (large table)
Roads[]
Design your town with free roads, landscape and pavement.
There are 4 types of roads to connect places and create surfaces for townspeople and vehicles. All roads are available from the beginning of the game.
You can get the Road Champ achievement for placing up to 450 roads in your Town and/or Zoo.

There are 8 special zoo roads to construct pathways for townspeople visiting the Zoo.
Gravel and Stone town roads are also available at the Zoo for a total of 10 roads.

Road Editor[]
- Select a road or tile in edit mode and drag your finger across the area where you want to place it.
To delete roads/pavement, tap the hammer and drag your finger across the area you want to remove.- Tap the green button to confirm your action and save your changes.
- Tap the red button to cancel your action.
Landscapes[]
There are 5 types of ground available for landscaping.
| Type | Description | |
|---|---|---|
| Water |  | • Add decks with tiles, create bridges, rivers, ponds, lakes, a water kingdom, etc. Some community buildings must be placed on water like the Hydroelectric Power Plant, Coast Guard and the Lighthouse. |
| Grass |  | • Create grassy pathways, patches of land, green fields, parks, mazes, etc. This type is the most commonly used. |
| Sand |  | • Ideal for beaches, shores, small islands, sandy trails, edges near water, etc. |
| Dirt |  | • Design gardens, plots for fields, unfinished land, nature paths, hiking trails, etc. |
| Snow |  | • Make arctic animals happy, a winter wonderland, snowy areas near mountains, etc. You could use it during the winter season. |

There are 12 types of pavement to enhance landscapes and add finishing touches to recreational spots in your town and zoo.

Unique Decorations[]
| Unique Decoration | Description |
|---|---|
 | The Golden Sail Trophy is earned by completing the Legendary Yachtsman Achievement. This decoration can only be awarded once after the achievement is completed. |
 | The Teamwork Statue was awarded on August 21, 2017 (end of the last regatta before seasonal regattas started) to all players racing in a GLB 200 co-op. |
 | The BFF Fountain was introduced on the 5th anniversary of Township, and is an achievement that you receive for playing Township for one year. It will upgrade on your anniversary each year that you play. The look of the fountain depends on how many years you play. Every year another farm animal is added. |

Event Decorations[]
Event decorations are available during the event period only. Some special decorations are only purchasable from event sales with real-world money, and may not appear in-game or for sale again.
