Delete a port forwarding rule (2024)

  1. Select the device in Remote Manager and click Actions > Open Console, or log into the IX40 local command line as a user with full Admin access rights.

    Depending on your device configuration, you may be presented with an Access selection menu. Type admin to access the Admin CLI.

  2. At the command line, type config to enter configuration mode:
    > config(config)>
  3. Determine the index number of the port forwarding rule you want to delete:
    (config)> show firewall dnat0aclno addressno zoneenable trueinterface ip_version ipv4label IPv4 port forwarding ruleport 10000protocol tcpto_address6 10.10.10.10to_port 100011aclno address6no zoneenable falseinterface ip_version ipv6label IPv6 port forwarding ruleport 10002protocol tcpto_address6 c097:4533:bd63:bb12:9a6f:5569:4b53:c29ato_port 10003(config)>
  4. To delete the rule, use the index number with the del command. For example:
    (config)> del firewall dnat 1
  5. Save the configuration and apply the change.
    (config)> saveConfiguration saved.>
  6. Type exit to exit the Admin CLI.

    Depending on your device configuration, you may be presented with an Access selection menu. Type quit to disconnect from the device.
