December to April
December is a transitional month, as the island readies itself for cooler nights and lower temperatures, which continue into January where daytime temps remain in the low 20s with a gentle evening breeze and occasional rain shower. The balmy winter conditions of March also bring the welcome opportunity to spot the annual migration — one for the whale watchers — while April marks the end of the seasonal shift before the upcoming summer.
May to August
Summer is fast approaching and with it comes the slow rise of temperatures and calmer water conditions — perfect for aquatic sport fans. June has some of the longest days of the year and some of the sunniest, plus the best conditions for boating and off-island water-based fun. The warmer weather continues, with a slight humidity increase in July and plenty, and you can expect lots of toasty evenings to prepare you for the island's hottest month, August, which brings the heat. For those that can handle it, this is the best time to visit Anguilla.
September to November
The humidity throughout this time fluctuates, with an increase in September, as a complete seasonal shift is felt on the island. Temperatures also rise in this month and hurricane threats are at their highest. October continues the seasonal shift before November brings the beginning of the temperature and humidity decrease. You can expect rainfall, which peaks in November, although these rain clouds will often leave as quickly as they arrive.
