If you are issued a replacement card, you will need to remove the original card from Apple Pay and add the new card.

Update your Apple Pay card number and expiration date

If your card expires or you otherwise get a new card: The card number and expiration date linked to the Device Account Number should be updated automatically. If your card issuer doesn't support these updates, you might need to remove the card and add it again.

When your card is replaced, your Apple Pay will update automatically to reflect your new card number and your card will remain active on Apple Pay throughout. Please note that if you are changing to a new product, you must manually add your new card onto Apple Pay.
