In this case, I expect the port to be allocated in a FIFO (first in first out) or some other way,
Two applications are using the same port at the same time, so there is no conflict.

Again, what I want is an answer to the following.
When there are two applications that use a port randomly in a dynamic port,
I want to be sure that there will be no conflicts by trying to use the same port.
I don't want to use two applications on one port.
