@flyingeagle4u You can still talk to a live person on the phone through the "call back" feature. If the problem you are having is unusual, involves money, fraud, fake tracking scams or any other serious issue they probably can't help you. The are very polite, and empathetic. Will often tell you not to worry that they will handle it, but do not be surprised if nothing they promise ever takes place. Remember, the "will contact you in 24-48 hours" is the typical code word for NEVER. If you follow their advice, and it is wrong and the situation gets worse, it is going to be on you, for eBay will not stand behind any advice you are given from these foreign based call center agents you get in a call back or chat. They are live people though. So are we.
