Fan Noise
Noise Testing Details
Just like the Founders Edition, the EVGA RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra has fan stop, which is ideal for keeping system noise levels low outside of gaming as the fans shut down completely.
Gaming noise levels are a bit higher than the NVIDIA Founders Edition. They are still alright, but higher than other RTX 3060 Ti cards we tested. Temperatures are slightly better than the FE, though. As the testing on the following page shows, the EVGA cooler is actually a bit more powerful than the FE cooler, so had EVGA adjusted their fan curve slightly by allowing for higher temperatures, it could have been quieter than the FE.
