Shipping Charges are an additional charge the front-end customer pays for the order to be shipped to them. Excluding the shipping charges means that you can keep all the shipping charges which you are charging from the end customers to yourself.

To remove a single active listing from eBay International Shipping: Navigate to the listing you'd like to change.Scroll down to the Delivery section.Click the link to the right of Additional Locations and then select None.

Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences or Seller Hub > Shortcuts > Site preferences. Also make sure that all the locations you do not wish to ship to have check marks in Shipping Preferences: Click the Edit link next to Exclude shipping locations from your listings.
