Fallout 76 players appear to be loving the new romanceable Assaultron that was recently added to the game. Called Adelaide, this sassy robot was introduced as part of Fallout 76 Season 16, Duel with the Devil.
Adelaide can be obtained from the fifth page of the Fallout 76 Season 16 Scoreboard, which requires reaching an S.C.O.R.E. rank of 30 to unlock. She costs 50 tickets to obtain, thus being the most valuable reward on the page. The price tag itself still isn't particularly cost-prohibitive, as players are rewarded with 25 tickets each time they rank up.

Many Fallout 76 veterans take to social media to share an important plea for new players that will improve everyone's experience exploring Appalachia.
Fallout 76 Players Are Loving Adelaide's Design and Sass
Seeing how Duel with the Devil debuted in late March, many players had already reached page five of its rewards Scoreboard by early May, thus being able to obtain Adelaide. This recently gave rise to an influx of social media appreciation for the unique Assaultron. Some Fallout 76 players appear to love her sass, while others praised her distinct design centered on a dark burgundy maid outfit paint job complete with fishnet stockings. Her personality is no less raunchy, not least because a few of her lines of dialogue were lifted straight from a number of other popular robots from the franchise. These include the humorous "please assume the position" instruction famously spoken by Fisto in Obsidian's Fallout: New Vegas.
How To Romance Adelaide in Fallout 76
A number of fans have also been highly amused by her romance subplot, which is hidden to the point that many people might have missed it. Triggering it requires embarking on a Fallout 76 Expedition to Atlantic City, then visiting the post-apocalyptic Neapolitan Casino. Found in its spacious basem*nt is a note that the player can pick up and bring to Adelaide, then pass a speech check to unlock her romance.
Aside from adding a lot of sass to one's C.A.M.P., Adelaide also offers a major gameplay advantage in the form of her daily buff, which reduces damage taken from robots by 25%, while simultaneously upping damage to robots by 15%. Like all Ally buffs in the game, this benefit only lasts an hour, but that's plenty of time to conduct a nuclear silo raid or two, or get through any other endgame activity littered with deadly robots.
While many players describe Adelaide as the highlight of the RPG's latest seasonal rewards, Fallout 76's new Scoreboard has overall been a controversial addition to the game. That's in no small part because the new battle pass-like system is even grindier than the old one, requiring players to go way beyond rank 100 if they hope to unlock everything. Even some fans who don't have such ambitions still criticized it for requiring more interaction in order to obtain rewards, saying they preferred the linear progression curve of the old Scoreboard since its multi-choice replacement is still lacking in content they care about.
