Tokens
Throughout the FUT Birthday campaign, you can earn up to thirty Tokens and use them to redeem rewards. They are available across various Squad Building Challenges, Objectives, and in the FUT Store. The first token is free.

You can earn up to 30 Swap Tokens in-game from March 20 until the program ends on April 07. Earn your first Swaps token by logging into FUT before April 07.
You must complete specific squad building challenges and objectives, or get them on the FUT store to earn tokens. You can then use them to redeem rewards.
There is a single set of FUT Birthday Swaps, featuring 30 tokens.
Players, Packs and Player Picks are available for redemption from March 27 to April 07.
