What is the six-step process for an evaluation meeting? ›

Relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability are widely used evaluation criteria, particularly in international development co-operation. They help to determine the merit or worth of various interventions, such as strategies, policies, programmes or projects.

Evaluation is the process of assessing the value, worth, or quality of something. In education, evaluation refers to the systematic and ongoing assessment of student learning, progress, and performance in relation to set learning objectives and standards.

Phase 6: Process evaluation – determine whether the intervention is actually taking the actions intended. Phase 7: Impact evaluation – determine whether the intervention is having the intended effects on behaviors and/or environment.

There are six (6) criteria that should be applied when evaluating any Web site: authority, accuracy, objectivity, currency, coverage, and appearance.

Six qualities are crucial for evaluating theories—scope, parsimony, heuristic value, openness, appropriateness, and validity. As you recall, scope refers to the breadth of the theory, parsimony to its level of simplicity, and heuristic value is the theory's ability to generate other theories.
