Because we have no control over suchsites and information, we make no guarantee as to such sites andinformation, including the accuracy, currency, content orquality of any such sites and information and we assume noresponsibility as to whether the search locates unintended orobjectionable content. Furthermore, because some content on theInternet consists of material that is adult-oriented orotherwise objectionable to some people, the results of yoursearch on our sites may automatically and unintentionallygenerate links or references to objectionable material. We makeno claim that such surprises might not occur.
We may modify or discontinue our services or your account withus, with or without notice, without liability to you, any otheruser or any third party. We reserve the right to terminate youraccount if we learn that you have provided us with false ormisleading registration information, interfered with other usersor the administration of Google's services, or violated theseTerms of Service.
You understand and agree that Google's services are provided"AS-IS". Google assumes no responsibility for the timeliness,deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any usercommunications or personalization settings. In particular, butnot by way of limitation, Google may delete e-mail accounts orthe information therein if the account is inactive for greaterthan ninety (90) days.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Google, itsaffiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants andagents from any and all third party claims, liability, damagesand/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees)arising from your use of our services, your violation of theTerms of Service or your infringement, or infringement by anyother user of your account, of any intellectual property orother right of any person or entity. The Terms of Service willinure to the benefit of Google's successors, assigns andlicensees.
These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of the State of California, withoutgiving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actualstate or country of residence. If for any reason a court ofcompetent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of theTerms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Termsof Service will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement betweenthe parties with respect to the subject matter hereof andsupersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneousunderstandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding suchsubject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms ofService will be effective only if in writing and signed byGoogle.
