Recipe ➡️ Greek Yogurt PROTEIN JELLO LOW CARB
1- Small box of Sugar Free JELLO
(I used Strawberry)
2- Cups Gatorade Protein Water
(I used Fruit Punch)
340g of Fage Greek Yogurt
▪️Bring 1 cup of the Gatorade Protein water to a boil.
▪️ Then whisk in the entire packet of jello. Whisk until completely dissolved.
▪️Next add 1 cup cold Gatorade Protein water and whisk together.
▪️ Once mixed well add 340g of Fage Greek Yogurt, and whisk until completely mixed together.
▪️Pour into dished, and chill until set.
(I have made this using a large box of Sugar Free Jello, and 4 cups of the protein water, and the same 340g of Fage yogurt, and it turned out good too) so Play around with it, So Delicious!

Hi guys, welcome back to my channel.
I am super excited to be feeling better like my glasses.
Anyways, I am going to be trying a new recipe today.
I am super excited it's.
The first time I was thinking about it last night like kind of thinking dreaming.
And today, I'm just gonna do it and I'm taking you with me so let's get to cooking early this morning.
I burnt some bacon there's, the remnants what's left over stop the smoke alarm.
And woke everybody up with a baby beep, it's, the most annoying sound to wake up to then I moved on to some keto cookies.
I don't know, they're necessarily keto.
So there are six carbs each, but oh my gosh, look at how good those look, um.
I already had one cooked to perfection.
It was actually a box kit that I got at the food bank.
So this is what I got from the food bank.
And I actually picked up three of these.
It says, there's only two grams, added sugar, gluten, free grain, free, keto, friendly, sweetened with swerve.
It was super easy to make, and they turned out amazing all right.
So what I'm gonna be doing today is trying to make a jello with a lot of protein like like jello.
My brain was thinking jello and yogurt and protein and like a fruity dessert that has a ton of protein instead of just like those like the pudding, but like with jello.
What I've come up with I'm, gonna try we're gonna see what happens.
So I have this, uh, protein, water.
Punch flavored, strawberry jello, just a small box.
So I'm gonna follow this how it says so one cup of water, but I'm gonna use this instead of water, hot and one cup cold.
Okay, so let me get that heated.
Okay, well, I had an accident.
I boiled over.
So now I gotta remeasure and make sure I need a cup of boiling liquid.
But I guess I'm gonna have to watch it closer.
So I'm going to go ahead and add in the jello powder for the protein water, that's, boiling and whisk that together until it's.
Well, blended, I think I got it dissolved well, I'm gonna go ahead and add another cup of this as gatorade zero with protein measure that out I'm going to do just a little bit less than a cup.
Um, put that mix in there? Oh, crossing my fingers that this turns out good all right, that's, good mix it.
All right? I got my scale here.
I just want to make sure that when I add the yogurt, I don't add too much.
So we'll, go ahead and put this on there, kind of get my whisk out all right we're going to zero that out and then I'm going to add.
Some of this paella yogurt serving is 170 grams.
So let's, add that and see what it looks like if it seems like enough, oh, my goodness is that okay, that's 170.
I'm gonna mix that together and see if that's enough, I actually I'm going to add more so I'm going to add two servings of yogurt to it.
So another 170 will put us at 340.
Oh, that's, pretty close.
Well, I went a little over we're at 350 close enough, all right and get that mixed together all right? It looks amazing now I'm just gonna pour it in dishes and put it in the fridge, all right.
So I'm, just gonna pour it in here, I'm gonna eyeball and get six containers and we'll go back and top them off.
But I gotta tell you something I tasted this just a second ago with a little spoon, and oh, my gosh, it tastes so good and so it's now, it's jello, well, hopefully it sets up, we don't know yet, but hopefully it's jello, that's, packed with protein that's that's, the plan all right a little bit more of these.
You probably could just put it in two bowls.
But you know, I'm trying to get more dessert out of these little boxes said, it made four servings, but I'm trying to get six out of it.
You know, I'm super excited about this.
I really believe it's going to turn out and it's going to be amazing.

Oh my gosh.
It looks so good shall we try this that's really good here's, our strawberry jello, but it's also got the creaminess of the yogurt kind of tart, but sweet at the same time.

Yeah, I think I want to try it with lime jello and orange watermelon.
Now, if um, if you don't really like the tartness, you could always add a little bit of sweetener, but I like it, I think it is delicious.
But if you don't like tart and you like things to be sweeter, you might want a little bit of sweetener.
So I'm just going to give you a quick.
The nutritional facts.
I mean, you probably figured out yourself, but I'm going to quickly tell you.
So I use two servings of the flavor.
So it's 34 grams of protein there's, four grams of protein in the jello and about 10 grams of protein in the drink.
I used for a total of 48 grams of protein.
There were five carbs in the yogurt.
One carb in the drink for a total of six carbs, um, excuse me.
So I'd made six dishes which makes it eight grams of protein per dish and one carb so that's, not bad.
And with the calories this is about 50 calories and one carb eight grams of protein delicious it's.
Just another fun way to eat the yogurt to get your protein in I really like sweet stuff.
So, um anyway, that I can get more protein in without eating necessarily like a steak or an egg or bacon, I'm more of a sweet person.
And without my teeth.
This is really easy to eat all right, well, I'll let you guys go, and I will see you in my next video.
