C6 Eulas hit around 700k - 1.5 mil without any buffs and crit fishing. Highest dmg ever not in events is SA 7 Eula hit 7 mil
Also it’s probably not 4 mil you saw but 400k because 4 mil is too much and without proper buffs you can’t hit that.
Technically hackers did achieve 2,147,483,647 DMG (highest possible signed int32 value) before miHoYo artificially restricted DMG to 10 Million per hit.
The way the party was set up, and all the food buffs this person had, they somehow did it. I happened to be screen recording at the time to see if I could get a good run. I played it back and it was somehow 4 mil-

I think Raiden’s best was 2 mil and Hu Tao 4 mil? but Eula’s much higher than that
I haven’t seem Hu Tao hit that hard, but I could see it happening. I’ve seem some pretty hard hits with Yoimiya or Itto, but that’s irrelevant.
Don’t even know the answer but was it Eula or Hu Tao who broke the game this time?
Eula holds the record for most damage dealt, but Hu Tao and Raiden are the closest after that, followed by Childe and other nuke burst characters with upper six figure damage totals.
