Security and privacy at your fingertips
Lost or stolen card? No sweat. If your registered* ReleasePay card ever becomes lost or stolen, you can immediately turn off the card and prevent access to your money by calling Customer Service. Once the card has been replaced or found, simply turn it back on.
*Your card must be registered in order to use of Mastercard fraud protection for unauthorized purchases.
Peace-of-mind protection. Funds placed by Rapid or Tyler at Axiom Bank will be eligible for FDIC pass-through insurance up to $250,000.
