If you have just sold your stocks, you will not be able to withdraw your balance until your sell order settles. You can learn more about the order execution times here.
To withdraw your available cash, you will need to have a bank account linked first. If you have a bank account linked, you can withdraw your cash.
On the app, please follow these instructions:
Tap on the icon at the top left
Tap on Money Management
Select Withdraw
Enter an amount you would like to transfer
Tap on Next
Review your transfer and select Confirm
You are all set!
When will my funds arrive?
If you wish to withdraw funds from your account via ACH transfer, it will take between 3 and 5 business days if you initiate your transfer before 3 pm ET and as long as the money is already in cash. Please note that for sell trades, the cash settles into your Stockpile account on the first business day after the day that you timely implement the sell order (if you would like to learn more about T+1 settlement time, click here).
Please note that the timeline of your ACH transaction also depends on the bank or credit union, and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process on our end.
Can I send my funds to my debit card?
Unfortunately, we can't send any funds to your debit card or credit card. Due to financial regulations, we can only send your funds out to your bank account via ACH transfer.
What if I don't have or want to link a bank? Or want to receive a paper check?
We can send you a check, but you would need to reach out from the email address associated with the account to support@stockpile.com. For this, we would simply need you to confirm the mailing address on file. This is as simple as typing this out, but we do want to make sure that this cash is going to the right place. There is a $5 processing fee for a check, and once it has been approved, it can take about 10 to 14 business days to receive a check via USPS.
