How to accept a ticket transfer on Ticketmaster? ›

Turn off your VPN, Apple Private Relay and other proxy servers when transferring tickets. If you're signed into multiple devices, browsers, or tabs, or you're trying to transfer while using public Wi-Fi, you might run into some errors. Make sure you clear your history and cookies and try again.
