Existing Co-operative Bank Residential mortgage customers can view their mortgage balance online if they have a linked Co-operative Bank account. Buy to Let and Help to Buy are not included.
These include:
Your new account will be linked at the end of the month provided your name, address and date of birth are consistent with your mortgage account details.
As an example. If your new Current account is fully opened on 10 April and your personal details match your existing mortgage account, then you will be able to see both accounts within Online Banking or the Mobile App on 1 May.
To view your mortgage balance in The Co-operative Bank app simply login to the app using your chosen authentication method, and click into your mortgage account. You should then be presented with your current balance and original mortgage amount.
To view your mortgage balance in online banking, log in to view your list of accounts and click your mortgage account to view more information including your current balance and original mortgage amount.

If you have followed these steps and you are still unable to see your mortgage online, please login to Online Banking and send us a secure message from your new account.
